There is a $55 fee due when you submit an application, and a $30 screening fee due during the approval process.
For qualified applications, a security deposit of $300 for one bedroom units or $400 for two bedroom units is due at lease signing. Security deposits are fully refundable at move out as long as the apartment is left in the same condition in which you received it.
Yes, we have parking available for our residents. Parking permits are available for $60 per month for non-reserved parking. A reserved space is $80 per month. There is also a limited amount of city street parking available.
Residents are responsible for establishing an account with PSO for electricity. Internet service is provided through Cox and will need to be set up in your name as well. There is a monthly community fee of $75 for one bedrooms units and $85 for two bedroom units.
Our lease options are 6, 12, and 15 months. We do not offer month to month leasing until you have completed a lease term. If you are transferred for your job, the remainder of your lease may be forgiven with the payment of an early termination fee of two months, and documentation from your employer.
Yes! Up to two well behaved dogs or cats are allowed per apartment, with a combined weight limit of 70 lbs. There is a $250 non refundable pet fee for 1 pet or $300 for two pets, and a refundable pet deposit of $250 for 1 pet or $300 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $30 per animal.
One bedroom apartments have a maximum occupancy of two residents. Two bedroom apartments have a four resident maximum. Guests may stay with you for up to two weeks. Any guests over 18 years of age staying longer than two weeks will need to go through the application process and added to the lease.
Packages delivered via carriers other than USPS will be securely stored for you in a Parcel Pending locker near the lobby entrance. You can download the Parcel Pending phone app to set up an account, and be notified when you've got a package waiting for you. There is no extra charge for this service.
Large deliveries, such as furniture, may be delivered to our office during regular business hours with prior arrangement.
Yes, a resident login will point you to a site where you can see details about your lease, check your payment history and balance, and set up and make payments from your bank account. From this portal you will also be able to make maintenance requests and communicate with the building manager
